x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The 2Q / 1H Report was released yesterday evening. Generally, everything looks great, even with the 90% payout started to be imposed from this FY-half. In all previous payouts, it was 100% of the Distributable Income (DI). One very big trouble in the report : the Aggregate Leverage or Gearing Ratio is at 41.3% as of June 30th.... Starting from the coming August, there will be plans to start paying down some of this outstanding loans, but I don' t see where this is mentioned in yesterday' s report,... Perhaps I missed it, can someone help please ? If they missed reporting this important action in a quarterly report,... I am nervous abt their disclosure activities and commitments.
