x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Obviously no M& A talk as the price suggests. In absence of any news, BBs will seize opportunity to short. Today so many short sellers, does not look good. Cutting loss on some, maybe more. The dividend in May should be a boost but it' s still far off. I think it ultimately boils down to this: If you think UE will be taken over, you may want to buy this stock. If not, you can either stay away or go short. Your choice.

Hearing opinions from too many yes man is not healthy. Oh, and though it might be down now, an announcement of a bid may reverse losses - who knows?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If there are no shortists, then those who are selling are short term/ weak holders. Since the selling volume is low, I don' t worry about those who bought above $2.80 cutting losses. It also means, those who buy today are willing to hold on longer term.

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Been reading this thread. I would like to contribute my analysis on this. 1. Result ok, but not fantastic. Dividend increase to $0.10 is definitely a plus. 2. The share price is seeing a correction the last few days. This is normal. I don' t see any big sell off from the results release. This means the market is not worried about the financials even without the takeover. 3. Market volume is low Again, its not a sign of weakness, but the rather the market don' t have reasons to rush to buy. Though, it can ignite again when there are more news. 4. If you buy for long term, then look at the fundamentals. Its a strong counter with divestments to generate huge cash opportunity. Whether its a takeover candidate in the future, we don' t know. Just my personal speculation. Since UE mgt reject takeover, it has to prove itself more valuable than the takeover price. This means the price should not fall too much from the current level. Even if there are shortists, these shortists will be worried about the takeover coming back to haunt them. I see low volume in selling as a plus.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Selling non stop but little buyers. Weird. The results are not bad, but was it not up to expectations? I don' t know. Probably traders shorting as easier to push down than push up absent any major catalyst.
