All very dark dark one lar...CAD, MAS, SGX. Where got court orders? they only have CPC orders...another one of SG police state law. They are not investigating the crash that cost $7billion in October 2013. They are investigating from Jan 2011 and in some 2010. Clearly the crash in October 2013 is the work of Goldman Sach and co. Why the hell they EXPLOITED on ABL shares with no counter cap, price cap, client cap? Very obvious lah....get the clients over exposed... short the shares...and give demand to repay in 1.5 hours....force sell.... crash the market....buy back their shorts and sue the clients. Only thing they did not expect......THE MARKET CRASHED!

You really think CAD so free? They already have sufficient evident in their hand, if not, they wont ask for court order to collect electronic data, computers etc from all these companies. The market lost 7 billion worth in 3 days, die die CAD, SGX and MAS need to show that these companies are being manipulated, if not how they answer to Singapore investors. U need to understand the reason behind CAD action. Buy at your own risk.

Nope i sold off at 9.9 alr... bought at 9.7... make little bit... hahas.. nvr looked backed ever since... but hands itchy again.. cos it seems like tml MIGHT move up a few bids.. think it should be trading bout this range alr.. if goes down to 9.1, 9.0.. depending on indicators.. i might buy and set my stock loss 2 bids lower..but see hw.. i gt other stks waiting to buy.. lion gold is my last priority.. but i must also thank MT.. hahas | ||||

Those of you who are worried about the CAD investigations, I dare to tell you that the investigation will not come out (prove) anything, even if there is a little bit of suspicion. This is because the system of trading in our stock market can be legally conducted in a number of different ways, and the interpretation of the law is a clear cut one. So far in history, only Tan Koon Suan was convicted, even though subsequently known as wrongly convicted, as reported in recent years, and a few brokerage firms who were questioned by CAD in separate investigations yielded no prosecution. Thus from history of CAD cases on stocks trading and investments, I can safely say, no problem. I am just waiting for people to slash down til I feel is the right time to scoop as much as possible and make as much as I can for retirement and travel around the world with the profits I am going to make with all the ABL or any of them.
