Excellent set of 1qtr results. Even thou co recorded profit from disposal of subsidary, their rev n profit from business actually increased quite a fair bit. Vested and hope to see it burst through all time highs. See 40c tmr? |

Trading between $0.355 - 0.385 (but mainly 0.36 - 0.38) in the last 2 months. Some buying up today at $0.37. Signs of things to come ? Worth monitoring. |

Frencken Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce that Precico Group Sdn Bhd (&ldquo PGSB&rdquo ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 13 January 2017 entered into a share sale agreement (the &ldquo SPA&rdquo ) with Valeo Bayen (the &ldquo Purchaser&rdquo ), pursuant to which PGSB has agreed to sell to the Purchaser 168,200,000 ordinary shares (&ldquo Sale Shares&rdquo ), representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Precico Electronics Sdn Bhd (&ldquo PESB&rsquo ) on the terms and subject to the conditions of the SPA (the &ldquo Proposed Disposal&rdquo ). last' s year dividend of 0.014 dont think can sustain. 2013 div was 0.005, 2012 was 0.0061. dividend actually not v consistent, and not v attractive too.
