Wh setup a business trust for it aust investment...to avoid huge stampe duty payable and reduce tax rate from 30% to 15...this mean more profit... .but need to sell 40% to public.. .each investor need to.invest 1.75m....wow big amount for 1 share. That why not easy to attract public investors...just wanna can wh list the business trust in asx or sgx...think need to wait till the park central complete then can attract more investors.... big investment...but very good return.....

I do not think the Tuas Dorm (3+3 Years from 2012)   will make money at the end of day , the Mega@Woodland   will top at 2018 with unsold units but after TOP, Developer has to pay property tax at 10% of Annual value of unsold units (there are too many Industrial Properties at Woodland , not easy to move unless at lower price ) , Sengkang Condo and Australia   Investment are hot but result will come in years later .  Wee Hur is a good company , can accumulate at low price, this is my personal view .
