Retail investors are paying the price of Management arrogance and greed to over-expand. Why does SGX not say or do anything to protect? Hyflux was held up as a poster child of SGP growth expansion - where is this company now? Share price cannot even buy one packet tissue paper. | ||||

Protection does not mean no need to pay. It simply mean an orderly paying process. Example the creditor cannot repossess Tuaslink, but must give time to lelong it.

Don?t think so. The court will almost certain grant the protection as requested. It is the start rather than the end of the process.

I think we will have more confirmed answers, replies and action plans by Tuesday, say by 11.30 am, after the hearing schedule... Quite fast for Hyflux to move in this matter,,,, great company in this aspect,... rather than the other companies that stayed low and suspended wihout doing much, delaying shareholders.

This is a court hearing. It got nothing to do with whether you are a shareholders or not. Unless you are the plaintiff, defendents or the case lawyer. You can enter a a public citizen provided it is not full or held in camera/
