Don' t understand, today' s the interest rate is so low. It makes more sense to refinance the loan and pay the bond holders and get them out of the picture. Stop wasting time trying to convince them Stockpicker, the bond holders are not stupid. Haha ... anyway watch and see |

It will look stupid for bond holders to accept because the bonds are selling like hot cake as recommended by this Analysts *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Bond analysts at Seeking Alpha are recommending Pacific Andes' Peruvian operations under Copeinca to investors as one of the more competitive yields from a global company that has significant market share in its industry. This is the case for this week' s recommendation from Peru, it said, which reads as follows: Copeinca ASA is the second largest fishing company in Peru and is Peru' s largest producer of fish meal and fish oil, it wrote. Pacific Andes International' s recent acquisition of Copeinca has placed it in the enviable position of possessing the quota rights to 31 percent of Peru' s annual anchovy catch. This is significant since the government of Peru is no longer issuing new fishing permits for the anchovy fishery. To gain entry to the fishery, new entrants would need to purchase existing quota rights. Pacific Andes considers these rights so valuable they are listed on its balance sheet as a nondepreciating asset at a value of $1.2 billion. Attaining this level of control within Peru' s anchovy fishing quota has been a carefully calculated move by Pacific Andes Group, purchasing rights from other fishing companies in May 2010 and November 2011. This issue carries a 9 percent coupon rate and is rated B with a stable outlook by S& P ratings. In early 2014, there were plans by Pacific Andes subsidiary China Fishery Group to redeem these bonds, but those plans have since been postponed. Given the significant quota share owned by Copeinca/Pacific Andes, coupled with the increasing global aquaculture production and corresponding demand for fishmeal and fish oil, we feel the nearly 9.6 percent yield currently indicated |

Bondholders of the Peruvian fishmeal producer Copeinca are continuing to snub China Fishery&rsquo s request to amend terms to their bond, reports Bloomberg.
Accepting the request &mdash first unveiled in July &mdash would see holders of Copeinca&rsquo s $250m bonds guarantee up to $1.2 billion in group debt for Singapore-listed China Fishery, which is part of Hong Kong-based Pacific Andes International Holdings and acquired Copeinca in August last year. The new deadline is 5 pm New York time on Sept. 18 after two earlier deadlines &ndash July 30 and Aug. 21 &mdash passed without bondholders granting the majority approval required. |

Sell, sell, better run road now, market sentiment is bad, the fish still strong is bcox BBs hv eaten up too much tickets over last week to push the price, once they release enough tickets, they will push down again.
U can choose not to believe me, but i think sell half is good strategy to diversified the risk.

Agreed with S69, don' t look at the short term. Ezzz look for the trends and what is happening .... There is still demand for wild fish and the ocean is only capable of supplying that much .... Price will keep on going higher and higher. Lafayette has been renamed Damanzaiho. Forget about what kicked out of Russian. They exit from there ... Thankfully ....
