The Department of Health confirmed Thursday that the illnesses reported at L?Auberge Casino in Lake Charles last weekend were norovirus-related, news outlets reported. The highly contagious gastrointestinal illness that can cause vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain. The agency's regional medical director Dr. Lacey Cavanaugh said there were several hundred people at the casino's most recent events. She said the agency has received at least 200 surveys from people self-reporting virus symptoms.

I believe Coronavirus is classified under " act of god" and measures impacting the economy are allowed under WTO rules with no avenue for compensation. Even if there is compensation from the Chinese govt, I believe they will be selective and target mostly local chinese enterprises and those with significant local benefit. And the most affected and worst was the cruise business ,especially the world and dream cruise that was forced to stop sails and this will depend how long the Wuhan virus issue be settled .
