 Alert Admin 		As per the Circular, pro-forma 1H20 NAV and NTA  will dive from $3.19 to $1.67 and $2.85 to $1.46 respectively after the demerger.

However EBITDA and PATMI will improve from $452m to $540 and -$131m to -29m respectively. ROE from -1.8% to 3.3%.

depending on how one looks at its prospects esp investors focussing on the energy and urban space

 Alert Admin 		Short sell trade data is different from OUTStanding Short positions.  SGX publishes short sell data which does not include trade which have been offset by a buy.  But only MAS publishes Outstanding Short Position on a particular share counter.. Just for info. thanks.

 Alert Admin 		Its been 2 and half months since demerger have been announced.  The price of this share has moved up and down many times during this period.  I believe the price has more or less settled now on the high side.  With 2 and half months of trading, I dont think there' s any meat left to take from this trade.  Money is not that easy to make, and believing that it will shoot up 1.90 or 2.00 is just a hype, if it really has that value it would be trading  at that price now.    I still have some shares left with me which I intent to off load at  about 1.86 or keep it long term after demerger.  I feel that after demerger, SMM would be an avalanche and its price would dive to 12cents or lower.  Looking at the outstanding short position chart, its obvious that SCI short position is on the rise while SMM does not have any increase in short position which itself is very confusing.. Why so much loading up of SMM shares while shorting SCI..?? Are the shortist planning to continue to short SCI and buying SMM to cover the free shares after demerger.  Everything looks very fishy, dont fall into a trap.  Just concern for traders who using margin trading or overconfident. Just be careful.

Nope - still green green, but looking to add more if the price is stable.  SCI without SMM is a better share and more profitable entity, than with SMM on its books. The SMM shares given to SCI is a big bonus.
This SCI makes mega urban developments and projects - in this sense it is larger than even CDL.

 Alert Admin 		Im not optimistic on India. Till now, not many companies make money in India. Look at singel. China open their ecomony and let companies make money.. albeit with theft and now no longer can make much money in china. But India, ever since the BRIC was coined, open so long still got problems. Only china is the success story but of coz, maybe that becoz it cheat and steal from companies
