If buyers want to buy, they may have take out the sellers.   So price is pushed up with low volume until such time that the big sellers are willing to sell. Best world is different as it is making money and although its PE is pretty high at the moment, it is normal as it is a growth stock and people are willing to pay a premium for such stocks. However i am not vested although i was thinking of so back when Best World at around $0.80 because it is a MLM which im kind of wary of.. Only time would tell i guess, good luck to those who are vested and congrats to those who made money off this counter. However don't chase blindly and always follow your own assement and principles.
