&bull Revenue from the Group&rsquo s healthcare systems increased 384.7% to S$15.56 million in FY2019, of which IGM Labs was the main revenue contributor despite being acquired only in May 2019 and an additional JO contract pending novation
&bull Excluding fair value changes in associate and derivative financial instruments & non-recurring operating expenses, the Group has recorded another quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA of S$0.55 million in 4Q2019

Medtecs major shareholder sell out entire stake when price moves up a bit...what is the hidden message here?
Clearbridge is led by Jeremy Yee, ex-CEO of Cordlife (where he brought Cordlife from a mkt cap of S$150m to S$600m when he left in 2016). Look at Clearbridge growth into a S$20m revenue biz with nothing much 2 years ago, i believe the potential speaks for itself. |

And as the Regulatory Agency, you accepted such a reply?
I mean there is a CLEAR BREACH Of Rules? Both the Disclosure Obligations as well as the BLACK OUT Period of trading in Shares before their results?
What action will you take against Xia Junwei? Also besides querying, how do you ensure others don&rsquo t do the same?
Currently, your regulatory action of QUERY is a joke. It sends the message that even if rules are breached, laws are flouted SGX will and can only query. This will embolden more of such actions and will undermine the authority of SGX as a regulator.

With regards to your query on Medtecs International Corporation (&ldquo Medtecs&rdquo ), please note that directors of a listed companies in Singapore are subject to obligations of timely disclosure in respect of any change in their shareholdings under the Securities and Futures Act (&ldquo SFA&rdquo ). The Monetary Authority of Singapore (&ldquo MAS&rdquo ) is the authority administering the SFA, and we have referred this matter for their investigation. SGX RegCo queried the Company on 21 February on the selling of shares by Medtecs director Mr Xia Junwei. Medtecs has released a response on 24 February on SGX Net, which you may access here. The company stated that it did not know of Mr Xia&rsquo s disposal of shares prior to 14 February, following which it had informed the Sponsor that there has been a change in Mr Xia&rsquo s shareholdings and Mr Xia had submitted the draft notifications to the company on the same day.
