The current trades or low prices are due to the demerger circumstance pressuring Smm holders who cannot afford to buy up their rights shares.. All this make worse by shortists heavy shorting, taking advantage of the whole exercise. But every company has its base value.. Smm NTA post demerger is about 30.5c. Going fwd, the company will has lower debts and more focused. Not all holders will no longer be pressured to sell way below this value after the whole demerger is done. I bought 500 000 SCI using maximum margin to the limit, and later realised that after demerger, the roughly 2000 000 of SMM which I will receive has only a  $100000 counter limitation and also the broking firm has reduced its margin valuation down to only 85% that is to say the margin call will definetely be called upon me due to my stretched holdings. So I already dumped everything  at lower profit.  Just take profit when you can. Dont get caught in the rush after demerger.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The first 5 major SH of SCI hold more than 52% (49.4% TH). The first 5 major SH of SMM hold more than 63% (60.9% TH). 4 of them the same as those of SCI. TH will not sell, and I don' t think the others like Vanguard/blackrock etc even if they wish to exit will just dump. They will likely " play" the market if they wish to exit. But there are still lots of small SH though. For sure it will be under pressure.

Like for an investor who has 100k SCI, he or she will get 500K SCM shares, and assuming the average turnover vol for SCM now is 20mil shares per day, just an exit from a few major SCI SH enough to push price down.

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Dont think so. I am not saying it cannot be below 20 cents, it is just that 20 cents is selling you the share of a rights price, i.e. selling it to you below it worth. Before the rights issue, it was traded at 77 cents, with 5 rights per share, it will be value around 26 cents. If you consider before Covid 19 CB, the price was 1.33. Well, there will be people wants to sell it if they so desprite to get off the market.

SCI is $2 on 9 Sept and SMM is 0.22 cents or 0.20 cents. Dont they just minus according to the SMM price?? How does SMM price affect SCI though?
