Honestly, a man of his today' s tycoon status and titles achievement (Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Su Kouk) sure means something in the society. His contacts , networks and supports from his fellow business communities should be strong and bonding if you read his news. I am not sure why many will doubt his abilities that he cannot get any financial life lines to support NC to be a " going-entity" and consider the fact that NC is a reputable & largest OSV shipbuilders in Malaysia. Everyone just think hard enough , you mean his reputation is at stake now that he will lost all financial supports and collapses ! Well i leave it to all to do your DD |

If Tan Sri Tiong going to step in to save NC , what is the debts in NC is nothing to him i guess. You think he has no financial life lines to support NC. He built NC 40 years back , will he wants to see NC collapsed, together along with his business reputations & tarnish along with his other businesses. If NC really collapses , think his reputations everything may just goes down with him along with all his titles. Perhaps he can just simply take NC private better so cheap now is the best time to do it ! Think Tiong must have regretted making a wrong person to be his successor in NC. |

Hi all,, ceo sell close 294,000 share at 4 cts meaning collect rm$37,000 only. He may want to buy something " interesting" of that worth. I think the real fear is the impact in the business and the report of declining revenue.. Can someone confirm the figure accuracy? |

Datuk Tiong prepared the letter but he gave to A-Leong after market close on Friday. A-Leong say " Heng arh" and submitted at 11pm. Still can right. So A-Leong is innocent lah. He only knows what is going on in NC after the things happen one. I bet he probaby didnt know how many vessels NC is current stuck with. Maybe he didn' t even know that NC is building OSV and thought NC is selling women comestics leh..... He innocent one lah.

The key info is the date of sale. That is the first day of trading after the EOM news is out. So the CEO chop the first few seats out of the country. Let see if he still wants to sell now that the price is 2.7cts. If so, then 1cts is not unlikely.

The current CEO is a small fly only ! He joined in NC 2005 and apppointed CEO not long ago in 2013. Since 2015 NC has not won any orders ! The Tiongs are the true owners of the business. If the Tiongs are selling then you better run for your life ! Likely the current CEO is going to change soon !
