Well many countries going back to lockdown soon and sg side juz delaying the fact that virus is mutating faster than the vaccine.malaysia side just following sg side.china on the other hand is taking very seriously.i shall say now is a suitable price to go in.meanwhile the company will soon take action soon

2 counter arguments. First, putting money in the bank though earns peanuts, the deposit remains intact. Second, dividends payout in term of amount and consistency is never certain. Money in my DBS account is always safer than having RS shares in my CDP account.

With price collapsing, even a high dividend rate like 8% can' t cover your losses. You should buy bank stocks instead.

Haizz..... The sentiment real bad plus constant selling. I suspect EPF still selling but becos they under 5% so no need to report.
Shortist also ride along EPF selling from the look of it. Daily keep selling down.

Bank interest rate so low , as long as RS dividend pay out ratio is minimum 40 % , it is always much better than puting monies in the banks | ||||

No doubt that the company can still remain profitable but the era of extraordinary profit is over. The market is forward looking. Thus the sell off by big funds. $0.30-0.50 would be the range bound after the dust has settled. |
