x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is better for those non strategic investors to sell and take profits now.   Otherwise, their trading tactics will definitely distort like those shorting tacticians, the prices of CLI during the upswing post Aug 10.   I have good reasons to believe that it would be impossible to buy the shares below $4.10 anymore after Aug 10.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Temasek Holdings have learnt their lessons well to boost the global image and footprint of CAPLAND to draw in value of its share price.  Another Temasek darling trump card is their Mapletree.   Perhaps an easy merger exercise may be contemplated to solidify the value of CLI in its global standing.   It is not easy to become an asset manager of a trillion dollar real estate investment company.   Once the trillion dollar AUM is reached, you are in the super league club of Apple, Amazon, etc.   it would be extremely difficult for others to catch up.   Such golden opportunity only occurs once in many years.   Temasek with 54% of CLI and CLA will succeed when the chance, opportunity and timing of such endeavor is right.   The timing is superb.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Most people especially the west have undermined the current economic power of China, which is now so powerful in the global stage with their BRI.   The emergence of resource rich  Africa, ASEAN and the former eastern communist block and Middle East with Russia would be sufficient to sustain and drive sustainable economic growth for China even if the worse case scenario of blocking by G7.   With the exception of Germany, G7 would be insane to enforce a trade war, given their dwindling economic power.   Germany has a major stake in China for the production of parts for their luxury goods and world renowned motor and electric cars.   China produces and manufactures best world class batteries for EV.   Even Tesla needs batteries from China.   China is now number one in the production of solar modules and battery storage systems.   Apple depends on China.   The list goes on.   China has overtaken Singapore for fuel bunkering and storage.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	All the G7 members know that they cannot have antagonistic trade war with China, the second most powerful economy.   With the exception of the US, the other 6 members have don' t have the capacity and economic club to go against China.   They are themselves disunited and trying to outwit each other.   French against English is obvious.   Japanese are traditionally Chinese and so close to China to engage in trade wars. Italy and the others are somehow BRI dependent.

If Democrats win a bigger majority, then economic fundamentals are secured through to 2023.   SGX and the rest of the world depend on the DOW and NASDAQ.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Our guaranteed future prosperity is our fatherland China, global numero uno soon.  Besides CapLand, even our Singapore bred supermarket is trying to conquer and compete with the Chinese.   Sheng Siong Group to open fourth store in China   WED, JUL 21, 2021 - 9:57 PM RAPHAEL LIM SUPERMARKET operator Sheng Siong Group said on Wednesday that its subsidiary has entered into a lease agreement to open a new store in China.  In an exchange filing, the mainboard-listed company said the new store - located in the city of Kunming in Yunnan province - is expected to be operational before the end of this year.  The lease agreement was signed for retail space spanning 30,772 square feet. With the new store, Sheng Siong Group would have a total of four stores in China, in addition to 63 in Singapore. The group said the new store is not expected to have a significant impact on its financial performance for the current financial year ending Dec 31.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There is one more subtle point.   CLI being the third largest will never be complacent to be at number 3.   The fact that CAPLAND have long term credit facilities in China, US and India is not by accident or convenience.   It is their vehicle to climb up to the number 1 spot in the medium term or sooner.   That is the objective of a global real estate conglomerate. Assuming my prediction is true, the price of CLI is poised to climb over $12 in less than 3 years.   That is what Temasek Holdings, CLI and institutional investors are targeted for and not $4.10.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	When the expected price of share is assessed by IFA to be fair and reasonable, most institutional investors will never sell lower.   Assuming this is true, the systematic lowering of CAPLAND price is done mostly by retail investors who are risks adverse to earn their premature profits.   That' s the way it is.
