On 25 September 2024, Morgan Stanley was deemed to have become interested in 5,097,000 shares in respect of which a body corporate, in which it has a controlling interest, may exercise its right to rehypothecate or dispose of. No consideration was paid or received in respect of this transaction. Before: 55,286,393 (4.829%) After: 60,383,393 (5.274%) Looks like MS is buying into DM. Now that MS has > 5%, they are considered SSH and need to disclose. Excellent!
