When Yaoo took over, they discharged LionGold from the debts and took on those debts.  - If you read the articles above, it' s evident that the debts have not been repaid still. - The summon was to fix the breaches in the mine by 15 Oct not to replace the unqualified mine manager. The mine was still using an outdated safety plan from 2018.. - Numerous experienced staff had left the company and they' ve been offering " $80,000 to $100,000 below the market rate when trying to recruit a mine manager for Ballarat earlier this year." - " The Ballarat mine is Shen Yao&rsquo s only asset of note" - Based on sep 17 sgx filling, they have to have an AGM by nov 30. - They' ve been overvaluing the price (&ldquo at least $US1900 per ounce&rdquo ) of gold against industry prices.. My opinions and questions: - Where does Yaoo capital get their money from? Not much info on who funds them. - With a loss-making balance sheet, it' s obvious that they cannot proceed with buying another loss making company in REA. It' ll make the balance sheet even worst. - The Ballarat mine is the only asset of note in Shen Yao. Forget about it' s hedge fund or trading nonsense only the mine matters. If the mine issue is not resolved, further attempts at exploration will not follow thru if the aussie regulators adjudge that they are not fit and proper to run it. - The regulators have finally caught up and exposed the poor management of the mine.  - I really hope this is a wake-up call for SY to focus and fix their only money making prospect. - With a rapidly decaying market cap, share price edging closer to 0.002 and consecutive loss-making balance sheet, a place on the SGX watch list is a possibility tho I hope this does not happen! - Good fundamentals will affect longists. You want a company to succeed in the long run. It has to have good fundamentals. So here' s hoping they actually rectify this. - This counter is great for penny traders tho! Plutus Mazu, as a budding company, is trying to lower cost in its drive towards developing the company. They have indeed hired several graduates as interns to develop codes and algorithms for trading. Notwithstanding, i am not able to find more information on the specifics. Things are moving at their end how fast, I don' t know. While I can only hope for the best, what I can say for sure is that SY hasn' t always been talk and no action. In fact, more often than not, they don' t talk, but got action. It is news that chose to talk about SY, and they had to respond accordingly. Let' s see how things go... With action, I am certain there will be results. Of course I hope the management can talk more and show us more progress instead of us having to go research ourselves. But knowing how they operate, I am quite certain they will never or rarely actively engage their shareholders... It has always been about them and them only.
