 Alert Admin 		I don' t think we should just keep quiet and receive all the nonsense that anyone suka suka just thrown to us. I believe there' s a limit to any insult. Yes, initially any views are welcomed. But if they keep pestering us and indirectly calling us suckers and opposed to any positive view that ppl raised and asked him to stop daydreaming, instead of sharing a fair view since nobody knows if the future of EHT will be similar to eg Hyflux or Sabana, we should retaliate to discourage them from going too far. It will benefit not only us but other forummers in the future. 

If investors aren' t worried and still feel hopeful, why should an outsider keep coming here constantly to inject negative views when it' s really none of their biz?

Maybe you' re one of those who enjoy bullying others when they are down and out so naturally you feel indifferent. 
I know some of you have many ' clones' created in any forums and could you be one of them??

Besides, I' m sure most of us have many other counters which we can make some money from to compensate for any possible loss from EHT. We can ' see-open' but you people are too narrow-minded. 
Don' t have to take the chance to give all sorts of name-calling and shed crocodile tears here and repeatedly give the worst-case scenarios when the battle is still on-going. We won' t give up yet so save your breathe.

Urban Commons got money to pay leh. UC must be sued to recover rent which they  already collected.

To also say all is lost - I am also not so sure, and think less likely. I bet quite a bit on this EHT in the last days of trading, expecting a liquidation scenario due to COVID.  That is also not yet realised.  Given US Bankruptcy laws nad the lengthy process, and the freezing of Courts due to COVID - it will likely take years before any bankruptcy attempt can be pulled off by the Bank lenders.  Even Lehman Brothers liquidation took years and years to complete.
My take - this will likely drag out for quite a while longer, COVID will have reduced and over by then, the USA hotel industry will likely be at 70%-80% recovery (just given the sheer size of their domestic market), and this EHT will need to be recapitalised or overhauled through a combination of white knight new shareholder, placements, rights cash calls and a new Reit Manager.  Hopefully SG can confiscate the Howard and Gang shares and use to compensate retail minorities (I do not know if this can be done).  Let us see what happens. I do not have the Crystal Ball.
