Based on QT's reply to SGX which looks positive of their "IPT" proposal to save some 20% of the company operating costs subject to shareholders' approvals and also they are now in negotiations with third party to enter into new business to generate revenue. Apart from this, QT also has the cash facilities to support company operations if needed. Their current transitional services (HR, Billing & etc) for the clinical trial supports till its Chocolate Stern obtained FDA approval, will also generate revenue which is beneficial to their bottom line as reported in their circular dated 13 Jul 2020. Total share his holding is decrease to 9 mil from 59mil,he sold 85 percent of his shareholding. Really sick to see this kind of CEO. I think he is selling, then use option to buy back?? Anyone know what is he is doing?
