Manulife US Reit
On Apr 4, Manulife US Real Estate Management independent non-executive director Francis Koh Cher Chiew acquired 400,000 units of Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust : BTOU 0% (Reit) at US$0.0755 per unit.
This increased his direct interest in the Reit to 450,000 units, or 0.025 per cent.

This is one of the safer stock to invest now. Simple theory. The directors buy you follow. If you lose they lose also. They are definitely in a better position to know the company and the business environment they are in than the rest of us. i would think the rewards outweighs the risks. Just don' t keep thinking of the small 1 or 2 days ripples. |
