It looks like more  investors are aware of this potential multibagger: 1) Net profit growing at CAGR 30% over last 3 years. 2) Declared div of 0.5c for 2014, 100% up from 0,25 in 2013. Moving forward, mgt set a generous 40% div payout policy 3) Clear strategies for all  her 3 businesses, supported by strong mgt team and financial resources for execution. 4) Near term acquisition of Austin Energy providing high  synergy with another  subsidiary Multi-height, which could double its EPS for 2015, implying EPS of > 4c and therefore div of 1.6c (based on 40% payout policy) 5) Long term growth in both SI/MRO  and Precision Engr biz 6) Management begun to actively engage the investment community thru quarterly briefing.  Will try to attend the next one to eye ball the mgt team. Congrats to all who board this north bound train early.
