x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Last year during the height of the pandemic for indonesia, they already gave about 6% dividends for the whole year. All the countries pretty much opening up, great to pick up at this price. One of the last few that hasnt been inflated and suffering now.

The government-imposed movement curbs in Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Yogyakarta in February 2022 include capacity limits of 60% for shopping malls, cafés and restaurants and a limit of 35% for entertainment centres, in a bid to curtail social activity and help moderate the spread of infections. The restrictions may delay the recovery in LMIRT?s funds flow from operations (FFO) interest cover to around 1.2x by end-2022. This is the threshold below which we could take further negative rating action, with the risk already captured in the Negative Outlook on LMIRT?s rating."
