They own quite a few assets base on the announcement they are trying to sell 1 of them to settle the redemption. Also the march 2015 presentation they have already sold Ace@buroh 22%, Loyang Enterprise 24% http://okh.listedcompany.com/misc/OKHGlobal_Presentation_HY2015_final.pdf So coming results should be better

as the convertible preference share price is much higher than the current stock price, so the conversion won' t happen anyway, right? |

If they default the redemption of preferences shares..what will happen? Suspended?..like swee hong or jason?....think sgx should halt this.counter until the issues settle...scare those know inside news unload to innocent traders.... | ||||

Today 99.9% gap down... and reach 5 to 6 cents range... then start buying lor.. this okh not empty shell haha :) if results really as what ceo stated will rebound sharply we will see it max 12 cents :)

tat why buying counters with NTA < < Share price is very risky lo.. If OKH has NTA of more than 50 cents, I doubt the bank will/dare to force sell the CEO shares to such a low price |

I got 200 lot at 0.52 but sold at 0.56 average. Luckily before kanna halted.. That was 1week b4 the transistion.. Pity those still holding above 0.50.. Now drops like no tomorrow. Okh has few development. Loyang, Ace & Tai Seng. 2nd half will announce as revenue. Dunno can sustain until the day come anot. Sweat | ||||

Although I bought at 78cents average, I feel the pain of other investors when their shares dropped from 50 cents to 7.1 cents within 1 week..... |

It's an irresponsible act and poor judgment of the CEO to let this happen. The 65% stakeholders, being drag thru mud, must now rise up...put a new leader in place and give the company a new lease of life.
Sad thing...but business is indeed war, it's cruel. 😓 |

I think the co has a share purchase mandate. They should buy back their shares? If not, the directors should help to buy back some of the shares to help the co. Also, the company has so many properties and selling few units will be more than 3.8 million dollars.. What do u think? |

lol provided the assets are worth this amount if liquidate.. i dont have confidence in the figures in financial reports given by counters that get manipulated, since sgx has already given retailers like me an impression of incompetence to protect small investors & regulate the market properly..
