x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	O& M: Rotate within the sector to catch the OSV wave 04/09/2014 Maybank-KE is Neutral on the O& M sector with its Hold rating for the large-cap rig builders: Keppel Corp (TP $10.95) and Sembcorp Marine (TP $4.04). However, the cycle is moving from E& P investment toward spending on oil services, as the oil majors shift focus towards production. This will require increasing support from OSVs, including pipelay vessels, liftboats and construction vessels, and present opportunities for the small-mid cap asset players. OSV shipyards such as Nam Cheong (Buy, TP $0.55) and Vard (Buy, TP $1.25) will be the first to benefit, supported by an expected increase in new-build orders. Also, asset owners with younger fleets will be preferred by the oil companies. Accordingly, Maybank-KE initiates coverage of PACC Offshore (POSH, Buy, TP $1.26) and Pacific Radiance (Buy, TP $1.74). Both OSV operators have the correct mix of assets to be lifted by the rising tide. Next in line are the maintenance providers, as more offshore platforms and subsea pipelines and a bigger infrastructure will require more maintenance and subsea inspection, repair and maintenance work. This should benefit Ezion (Buy, TP $2.85) and Mermaid Maritime (Buy, TP $0.60). Overall, the house' s top picks are Ezion, POSH and Pacific Radiance. By Joyce Liu

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I recall a few mths back reading that Philips Securities had a TP of 3.70.  Don' t think there' s another more  pessimistic TP.  MacQuaarrie' s TP is 5.  I think since 2014, the low is abt 3.90 and high < 4.20.  Doubt if it wld reach 5 in the next 12 mths.  It' s margins are lower, compared to Kep,  and the new repair yard at Tuas has not lived up to analysts expectation.  If that improves,  I believe it cld get back to the 4.50 range.  And if overall margins improve, and contributions from associates like COSCO are also more positive going forward, then maybe can get closer to 5. SMM is still meeting the local content requirement as it manages the procurement of equipment out of Brazil. We maintain our Hold call and target price, still based on 13.5x CY15 P/E (10% discount to the long-term cycle average of 15x). Its S$12.7bn order book provides earnings visibility. Order enquiries are still healthy from various segments. We keep our order target of S$4.5bn for 2014. With margin expansion and order momentum priced in, we think there are limited near-term catalysts. Stable margin Its 2Q14 EBIT margin came in at 11.5%, a slight improvement on 1Q14&rsquo s 11.3% and 4Q13&rsquo s 10.9%. The EBIT margin would have been higher at 12%, if not for S$11m in forex losses. We believe that the EBIT margin will continue to hover at the 11%+ level, meeting our expectation of 11.6% for FY14.
