Ultimately, we need to see them returning to winning deals or all the improvement on crude prices will not be material to O&G companies in the short term. So, the fate will lie with BBs for now. Retail investors are powerless and in fact contributing to the narrow range of price movement when trying hard to guess and catch BBs directions.
