Someone just throw in 10mils to block at 14.9 cts, so for today, even 15cts could be a big hurdle, dun even dream of breaking 15.3cts !! That so bad leh   i dream of SCm hitting $20, hahahaha, could be true in 20yrs time, nobody but i probably wont be around then...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I believe SCM and SCI hit their bottoms in Jun 2020 with the 2nd qtr results and impairments.  With demerger and recapilisation, the 3rd and 4th qtr results will be much better and their prices wont soar beyond ).147 and $1.33 respectively.  It boggles the mind that they are trading at such low prices.  The only reason i can think of is BB depressing the prices to buy them cheap. Bidding for projects when the global spare capacity is lessor next year will be far more profitable. That' s how I see it. With a bit of luck, I would not be surprised if they can make more than $1 billion annual profit a couple of years from now. The previous high during the last boom was $600 mil.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Agree with you.  The  BBs are suppressing the price now and hope to buy SMC cheap.  Once SCM has good news and soars, it will be rapid.  the good news can come: 1)  on 22 Oct at the 3qtr results 2)  or feb 2021 at the full yr results 3)    when TH announces its plans to transform SCM. A good start date would be the release of Q3 results in 2-3 weeks time. Just hope I could buy more when some of my funds come in before it happens. Most soft commodities like palm oil, soybean, wheat etc and hard commodities like iron ores are at their 5 year highs. Natural gas has rallied close to 50% in the past month. Crude oil prices would likely move into the 50s by early next year. With a bit of help from the resurgence of natural gas and crude prices, my 12 month target for SMM is actually 200 to 300% from current, especially after they confirm some of their multi billion dollar wind projects. So my 12 month target is 45 to 60 cents.
