My 40 years of experience will tell you that it is to company's advantage to do a placement now . If I m the CEO , I will do it because it's better for my company do shore up my finances . With all the speculation going on , let the market push the price up and then the company do a share placement at a discounted price . This has been done all over and over . If your don't know about this , you must be a newbie . I am not saying it will happen but there is every chance . The most important aspect is the company has a very small public float .
