OSLO (REUTERS) - China has halted imports of salmon after the discovery of the novel coronavirus at a Beijing wholesale market, fish farmers Norway Royal Salmon and Bakkafrost said on Monday (June 15). " We can' t send any salmon to China now, the market is closed," Mr Regin Jacobsen, CEO of Oslo-listed Bakkafrost, said. Shares in major producers, including Norway' s Mowi, Norway Royal Salmon and Salmar, as well as Bakkafrost of the Faroe Islands, were down by 5-7 per cent in early trade. |

DBS upgrades Koufu to ' buy' on expected rise in food court footfall
DBS Group Research, in a note on Monday, upgraded its rating on Koufu Group to " buy" from " hold" and raised its target price to 75 Singapore cents from 68 cents amid expectations of higher footfall at its food courts, as dining in becomes permitted once more during the upcoming phase two easing of Singapore' s " circuit breaker" .
DBS Group Research analysts Alfie Yeo and Andy Sim raised the FY20-21 forecast earnings for the food court and coffee shop operator by a " marginal" 1 to 5 per cent as safe distancing measures and customer limits would likely still be in place.

Overall the stock mkt is looking positive . 1. US is buying up bonds n ETF which is indirectly supporting the mkt n business. Yes there will b bankrupcy ....more an oppportunity to clear out the weaker ones 2. Many econ are opening up ( Spore included) ...business need to continue, I guess countires believe its better to have all die at home w no jobs, no $ its still better to live w this VIRUS till a vaccine is found ( yes w some death n more precautions ) .....No choice solution 3. Many NEGATIVE forecaster ( always NEVER give a time line ) will be right eventually lol ....the question is when ...... Since mths ....the market has recover n ( just my view) ....it will recover from here. ( yes do expect some pull back now n then esp the Q2 result ) but it wld be better then shout down a WHOLE economic > certain sectors will STILL be down for mths ( airline, cruise, tourist etc) ....but live has to CONITNUE Jus my guess,,,, STI will see 2800/3000 this year n a better 2021 . Gd luck |

It is a bull run no matter how you look at it. Corrections are part of normal action of the markets but the bull run is intact. Any dip is for accumulation. March low is the bottom, it won' t go to that level until the next crisis. BBs are forcing contra and weak players to sell them to cheap. If you have holding power, you will win in this game. The virus will go pass us pretty soon. No country in the world can afford second round of lockdown regardless whether there is second or more waves of infection.
