x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	for large scale mining to commence, there are many regluatory approval on environmental control, infrastructure set-up, etc to be assessed. so it is not surprising if PTG call for a halt and assess cnmc preparedness. as i said earlier, this is the last stage of the process. if PTG wants to reject it, they don' t need to call for halt, just reject the application, right? x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It is now near 11am,,, if vol continue unabated at 41 to 42 for the next 10m at least, I forsee that there is a chance to break 43 first, and push towards 46... Then that will see how strong the BB behind CNMC wants to push further... I am sure that there are some insiders loading up as there are some good news awaiting to be released... The way that this counter trade since opening tells me it can and likely to move higher by next week . Cheers:)

The order came on Tuesday (July 19) as part of Kelantan state government' s review of CNMC' s application for large scale operation status, which will remove the mining amount limitation for its Sokor operations, CNMC said in an announcement on Thursday (July 21). CNMC added that it has worked closely with the relevant authorities and joint-venture partner Kelantan State Economic Development Corporation to ensure the application meets all the requirements. " The board is of the opinion that the temporary stop-work order should be lifted in due course," the announcement added.

There is a decent vol of more than 30m churned in the vol at avg of 39 to 40 to justify for upward move to 50 by next week... I have reasons to believe this gap down is meant for those who have missed out to buy at 37 to 40... you never know the msia officials want a meat on the share gain too,,, so will this not be a good oppoertunity...?  cheers:)

" The board is of the opinion that the temporary stop-work order should be lifted in due course," the announcement added. dragonboy76      ( Date: 22-Jul-2016 10:08) Posted: i just bought some more at 0.40 share with those longist this new. i called cnmc just now and below is what they told me. application for large scale mining is actually applied few years ago and not applied now. this stop work order is the last stage of the application review. they will be meeting the reglatary panel and ptg this coming Sunday, there will soon be another announcement, i think probably early next week. they also say that they can' t control how investor think, but this stop work order is no fault of cnmc, it is just part of the reglatory process as per instructed by ptg. so up to we all to judge whether this is good or bad. good bye to all the shortie... :)
