x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think for Fan Chee Seng, the current share price is a bonanza. He probably sold his earlier tranche of 24.222M shares to QRC below 20c. I believe he will continue to reduce his stake and finally get out of OIO.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I am not sure we should worry too much about Fan Chee Seng selling. OIO was originally a Mechanical& Engg services company called DLF. In 2019, QRC bought a controlling stake (64%) from two substantial shareholders, Wong Ming Kwong (45M shares) and Fan Chee Seng (24.222M shares). Wong sold out all his shares while Fan still has a substantial stake. QRC then diversify the compnay in fintech (blockchain) the M& E business was not doing well. Fan Chee Seng is from the old school, probably not too familiar with blockchain.Currently, the main driver for OIO is the blockcahin business.
