WE extended the long-stop date for its $20m acquisition for a minority stake (20%) in Myanmar cement producer, Dragon Cement, from 21 Nov 2013 till 20 Feb 2014. This is the fourth extension which was originally slated to be completed on 16 Aug 2013. The group cited that they are still in the process of consulting the Myanmar Investment Commission on the proposed acquisition. | ||||

If We Holding announce the deal go through today also no up side in stock price better extend until the whole market recover then announce. Let us all chant for not only We Holding but WHOLE MARKET.

This so called 'chanting' is just 'cheering' your stock to rally. Psychologically it's just a way to blow off steam and send out good vibes. But I agree one shouldn't involve religion or religious mantra as it's not respectful. Anyway there's no still no news release on the cement deal. Looks as if the only chance of this counter getting revived is if pump and dump BBs decide to bring their game here. Until then, can only hope the price does fall further behind.. |

You hit the nail in these Chanters. Had been reading about these few guys supporting Chanting n even post of those diety n Buddha photos. How immature n disrepectful they can be when it comes to a stage that they are being stuck in this counter. You dont chant for your own selfish gain, God Will not assist in such things. As someone scream for a TP of 0.10 n join in the band of chant brothers,, how good things go against them and the price keeps falling since. Seeing prices keep falling everytime someone came out to chant, really makes my day not because i happy they got stuck deeper but it is because God is real and God demand respect. Its not about 4D. what chanting can help ? Make more ppl buy in and get co-stuck ? Company performance is not all about luck or karma. It needs capable leadership on board and able management. Excellent strategist on board. Without that - can chant till the goat and cows come home still either it falls further or lucky to stay where it is and not fall further in value and want to cut also heart very pain :) Just hope for the best and expecting the worst. Buying in is all on rumors. The fact is it is a lost making company . The report are there . Its for open readuing and research. Here the red Indian co-stuck chief can say lets dance lets chant. BUT you think this can work by chanting ? Many things is not UP to WEE. NOT as if when WEE chant - miracle happen. We chant because WEE are Desperate for miracle. Its also a sign that thing are not looking too good. If you are on the outside looking in. stay there. If you are someone already on board due to those WEE chants. Good luck :) We are all co-stucker. and just hope that something positive can happen so that we can be saved by the bell. It looks doom. Thats why all the chants and pray thing. Praying for miracle. My concern is WE lacks in BB interest n even if 21st comes out w bgd news might not move the stk. Furthermore, current mkt sentiment is bearish n BB will b even more cautious.

The losses increased cos they no longer have a core business if I'm not wrong. Just need to wait for the cement deal to go thru. Then maybe can see some profits half a year later.

1HFY14 net loss widened to US$4.4m from US$1.1m in 1HFY13, while revenue slumped 8% to US$28.8m, as the company had been affected by the weak global economic climate since the second half of 2012. Gross profit margin slipped 3ppts to 9% due to lower average selling prices on the back of stiffer competition. While on the operating level, expenses rose 37% mainly from one-off items in relation to its fund raising and due diligence work in Myanmar.
