Ever since they started the new core financial business in Mauritius in July 2025, they have onboarded two institutional clients and that contributed a revenue of almost $3 mil with a net profit of almost $1 mil in just six months. More revenue and profits shall come this year.
It has never make profits with the old business which has since been disposed and with new Chinese bosses on board, do your own homework why they pumped in so many millions via placment last year. And changed name to prosperous globally. Will be a 20 cent stock by end 2026. Huat Huat . Prospera formed new core business in Mauritius around July 2025 and within 6 months generated $2.9mil revenue with a net profit of $983k A profit margin of 34pct net profit just in 6 months in their new business. How many new business can generate such profit margin. Full year is a loss because of the exiting of the previous loss making business. Imagine the next 6 months maintaining this kind of revenue and profits. 2026 will be a year of record revenue and profits. As management pointed out in Annual report, The Group remains cautiously optimistic about its outlook over the next twelve months. We continue to strengthen our operational capabilities and financial position to remain competitive in a challenging business environment. Notwithstanding a loss attributable to shareholders, the Group is financially strong with cash and cash equivalents of $7,314,000 as at 31 December 2025. The Company will actively pursue new business opportunities to enhance long-term shareholder value. These may include geographical expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships with long-term strategic investors who can add depth and breadth to the Group&rsquo s existing business portfolio. The recent selldown is a big sizable shareholder selling downwards and he should be finish selling by now base on the stabilsation of the share price around 5-6cent range. This year will be a record revenue and profit very likely and stock price will fly with volume once the boys are ready. Above 20 cent stock by Dec 2026. Buy and hold. Stay tune!
