The only party that can help the miniority and retail shareholders is SGX in pressurising a reasonable offer if theres any money left in the company bank account.  You will never gather 51 percent voting rights. Last year they issued 1 billion shares to debtors on debt to equity conversions. These debtors like us who vested curse and swear by now. I doubt theres any value in the fatory, just look thru their past annual reports, no photos of factory and products and report number of holding empolyees. Very hard to say whether the CHina  factory is functioning properly. So u r shareholder to a Cayman island company with nothing.
