In summary, the earlier they get 90%, the earlier shareholders get their money. If it drags on to voluntary delisting, then shareholders will just have to wait a few more months to get paid.

Only those who wanted half a cent more by sending in their form earlier on got stuck now. They cannot do anything now, leaving their fate in the hand of the CK.

They would be the best people to benefit from Tat Hong readily stocked products and networking built over the year in Australia, China and South East Asia. Their offer would be far above $0.55.
