As far as the Rens are concern, especially the senior one, they are very prudent with $$. Almost impossible to see interim dividend. I also hope for it. Unless they got one super big windfall....lol. |

Interim dividends? Very unlikely. The management (in YZJFH) had declined such request in the past AGMs.
Even YZJSB has consistently declared one final dividend after releasing full-year results, and insisted to no interim although shareholders raised this in the past years.

Based on the current fleet profile, vessel acquisitions and charter coverage, Yangzijiang Maritime Development to deliver a stronger 1H2026 than 1H2025, although the exact earnings will depend on the timing of vessel deliveries, charter commencements and any vessel disposal gains. current vlcc spot rates range from $100k to $328k per day. potentially 12 vlcc can bring recurring income per year between $438m to $1436m, i will just wait for the good news later as they complete build in 27-29 |

SBB step in price seems to be $0,.595 and below, market did push the prices below $0.595 to as low as $0.58 but buyer push it back up to current price without further SBB intervention Market remain not too convincing and want to see the money first, afterall, this maritime integrated businesses is a brand new business model. YZJM is involve in financing, building (through contracts with shipyard), owning, chartering, selling of ships, among other things. The order for the 12 VLCCs should make the market excited but the response so far has been subdued. No money no talk so let' s see whether YZJM can convince the market more or not with its first set of post spin off results in Aug when it release 1H26 results. | ||||

I am supporter of YZJ Maritime, do not get me wrong. Although I have sold some shares recently, I still hold more than 1.5m units. Surely, I like to hear people sing praise of the stock. However, whatever one post, one has to ensure it is factually correct. Is our responsibility not to mislead. YZJM with 90 over vessels (including more than 50 on order), by any mean is not an asset light company. As for SBB, ever since they got the mandate, they only did it 2 times. The total purchase was less than 1.5m units. Whatever way you see it, this is not aggressive. Not at this moment, at least. I am not out to attack. My apology if I have offended you. Just sharing my view. |

Whichever way we look at it the SBB can only be good. Apparently there is/are determine sellers so SBB can absorb the excess liquidity and with company stepping in, it is implied that the SBB prices are really undervalued prices. I would use this as a gauge for entry prices with view to add. Further more, Chairman Ren is konwn to be decisive when come to SBB, once he started, I think there will be more SBB whenver he deems the timing is ideal. Also, he is not afraid to cancel treasury shares to improve NAV per share although share cancellation is not anticipated to be a move anytime in the near future. We shall see.

YZJ Maritime: Share buyback @ S$0.5925
YZJ Maritime has completed the purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to its share buy-back mandate.
The shares were acquired through market purcahses at an average price of S$0.5925 per share, for a total consideration of S$593,081.24. Following the transaction, the Company holds 1,000,000 treasury shares.
The share buy-back forms part of the Company' s disciplined capital management strategy, and reflects its continued focus on enhancing long-term shareholder value.

market is cold. so all stock not active. no vol how to up. this type of stock very good for cpf ord acc investment, buy and put aside. collect dividend until price ok. sell. but someone need to do roadshow to cpf accounts holders. else no one know, no one buy. |
