In my opinion, it?s not a good price. Any fund who takes ownership of these shares, could sell on the business to another firm at a significant premium, after taking some actions to align the business.
At the most recent release, couple of ?cleaning up? of the balance sheet for eg. reclassification of spare parts to inventory being written down for example, leading to a lighter balance sheet. This is an example which also demonstrated that the business is in the midst of restructuring/clean up with a possible intent for further corporate activity. And also goes to show that firms are available for sale in the SGX, at a significant discount to NBV or enterprise value, making it prime targets for corporate moves. |

see 18 Jan price action tell us a few things: 1) Price chiong from 0.29 to 0.345 with no news published. Volume was at 6 month high 2) This probably means something brewing / insiders accumulating 3) 18 Jan till now, price has fallen all the way back to as low as 0.27 with VERY low volume 4) this probably means retailers / weak holders closed out their positions while insiders who collected on the high volume day are probably still inside 5) my guess is that the halt is linked to the price chiong on 18 Jan 2021 |

Unlikely takeover IMHO. Company recent development doesn' t seem to point to a possible take over. More likely announcement regarding company development, partnership, sales contract, and stuff. I' m looking forward to see what announcement renders a halt. Cheers. | ||||
