Ara' s range of hotels here among the 38 properties are all of either the Select-service type or of the Extended-stay type. With the current fiasco at the Queen Mary of Eagle Hospitality Trust, looks to me that Ara is stronger than Eagle. There doesn' t seem to be much postings here abt Ara HTrust unlike in the Eagle HTrust thread,... there are many more updates. |

The first dpu payout will be before end-March, ie before Mar 31st. next year. This dpu will be for the period since listing to 31.12.2019.

This REIT dropped till 83c on September 9th., being the All-Time Low since listing. It has since rebounded fiercely to 88c today.

Indeed, should avoid this REIT. It will fall below US$0.80 once the stabilizing manager does not support the unit price. Probably it will happens in 2 to 3 weeks.

Selling to be expected in the first week of listing. Especially when you see the subscription only 1% higher than the issue and a lot of people got what they subscribed for. Most times, they over-subscribe, expecting to only be given a portion. After they have cleared off their " over" alottment, things will settle down. People buy ARAUSHT for the distribution. 8% is really quite decent. |

Quite Low volume today. Of the 9 m plus shares traded, more than 2/3 are stabilising purchases from the issuers. This may suggest that the sellers are those who got allotted more shares than they were expecting to get. Tomorrow may sell less activity. | ||||
