Yes, my calculation is correct. Nobody knew that the 1,030,170,246 of right shares cum warrants @ issued price of 0.01 will be fully subscribed (valid + excess) until the announcement was made yesterday after the trading session at 6 pm. As I have said earlier that the BBs are very smart to create the perspective that it is not even worth to buy @ 0.006 at the open market by depressing the share price and also not worth to subscribe the right shares cum warrants at the issued price of 0.01 if you were compare to it with the open market share price. But these smart BBs themselves subscribed all the right shares cum warrants @0.01 via excess that were forgo or not subscribed by the existing shareholders with the right shares entitlements. This has resulted some 102% (valid + excess) oversubscribed for 1,030,170,246 of right shares cum warrants @ issued price of 0.01. Why these BBs are willing to pay 0.01 for the right share cum warrant? Furthermore, for those successful subscribers who were allocated with detachable warrants will also have to pay 0.01 to exercise them in future. Now the existing shareholders knew that their existing shares worth at least 0.01 via the annoucement made on 18 Jun 2021 as the BBs have subscribed right shares cum warrant via excess and willing to pay 0.01 for each right share cum warrant. Do you think these existing shareholders will sell their shares in open market for less than 0.01? The answer is very clear that these existing shareholders will definitely hold tight tight to their existing shares unless the buyers who are willing to buy their shares for at least 0.01 or more. Because of this, the share price will gap up on Monday.

I don think ur calculation is correct bro...warrant exercise price 0.01.. mother share less than warrant exercise price mean the warrant totally no value. | ||||

Bro, are you sure you got your calculation right? If the gain is so clear cut everyone would have swooped in to scoop at 0.6c these past few days.
Issue price of 0.5c with warrants to exercise at 1c. The issue was done on the basis of one rights share for every one existing share held, with one free detachable warrant for every two rights shares subscribed.

These BBs are extremely smart and well plan to depress the market share prices to create the perspective that it is not worth to subscribe the right shares when you compare the subscribe share price at 0.01 versus the open market trading price of 0.006. Once the shareholders with the right entitlements forgo their subscriptions, these BBs will then come in to subscribe the right shares via excess of some 62% of the right shares @0.01 and allocated all the right shares that were not subscribed by the original shareholders. This resulted a total of some 102% (valid + excess) oversubscribed of some 1,030,170,246 of right shares cum warrants @0.01. I must salute these BBs of their talent in creating such perspective.

It is definitely (confirmed) 100% sure will gap on Monday up as the right shares were 100% fully subscribed at 0.01, which is 0.004 higher than the current share price closed at 0.006 (i.e 0.01 - 0.006 = 0.004). Huat liao..

Why should it gap up? Those selling at 6 most probably did not subscribe, not to mention there will be a flood of new shares from 24th?
