I think, if it' s expensive, the institutions may not want to subscribe. The one BIG good thing that came out from this Placement Exercise is : the gearing level DROPPED by 6 percentage points to 34%, I recalled,... To existing unitholders, I think it' s still okay provided the Placement price is above their average holding price. On the acquisition of the Kingsway DC, one concern is there is Rental Support. And this Rental Support is only for one year. What if the shortfall can' t be topped-up in one year due to no one taking-up the empty spaces ? WE all know abt the exposures provided by Income Support. |

Moreover, Hirst said that Servers Australia will be vacating the Vocus site entirely within the next few weeks. &ldquo Unfortunately, there has been a complete loss of power at the Vocus Data Centre whilst they had scheduled maintenance this morning. All A and B power feeds have been lost for a brief 1 minute,&rdquo Hirst wrote. &ldquo All Servers at this site and switches have A and B power to avoid outages, especially during maintenance. I am extremely disappointed that this has happened. This is a very small site for Servers Australia, as most servers are located at Equinix or our own DC' s. |

Don' t worry, bros,... since my last posting whereby I said there is a strong resistance, this ctr has inched-up again. It will inch-up, but slowly,.... so long as the world economy keeps growing, and more people go into the digital economy,... there will always be needs for data centres. It did not move after the results ann' t yesterday because this qtr has no dvd payment - that' s the reason,... and secondly, the thing abt KDCR is,... I feel,... it' s a bit difficult to ascertain stability of dvd payouts - there are just so many movements and so many one-offs here and there, now and then,... Lots of ' Adjusted dpu' events,... Mapletree Industrials Trust (MINT) is going deeper into this asset class soon,... going to stretch out worldwide to reach data centres everywhere,... I believed there are lots of such opportunities out there. |

Somehow, mkt is not too convinced that the dvd payout of 3.63 cts for 1H17 is a good achievement,... or that mkt thinks moving fwd, KDC REIT may not do too well later.
