x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The more I think of it, the more I don&rsquo t understand the JV (FIT Global) CWX formed with Arctos. CWX injected $1m million into the JV and give Arctos $1m worth of shares, for a 40% stake in the JV. It also gave $6.5m long term loan to the JV to invest. Arctos seemed to be putting nothing into the JV, other than the its expertise, and it owned 60% of the JV. Not sure if there are conditions for Arctos to fulfil, but I cannot find in open source. If no conditions, this is very strange. I am going to see the upcoming annual report of the company. To see if Arctos had sold its 77 mil shares. If they can sell so fast (with no tie-in period), I am going to ask what is the company doing? This is detrimental to retail shareholders. This deal sounds very strange to me, to say the least. I am going to question at the next AGM. If I do not get a satisfactory reply, I will raise this with the relevant authorities. And hopefully, they check the books of CWX and the JV and help us find the answers we need!!
