While the 4th quarter result is the most critical to me as that' s the seasonal peak for its business.    I would be happy to load more if you can short the price down below 0.13 level.

The probe card must make good electrical contact to these pads or bumps during the testing of the device. When the testing of the device is complete, the prober will index the wafer to the next device to be tested. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	A detail read of the results of last 2 years indicates current price is a lagging reflection of company' s fundamental business. The probe card busineness revenue grows gradually from 7 to 9m per quarter from 2013 to 16-19 m per quater with the integration of TCL. Last year' s revenue is more based on the inorganic growth from TCL and the asset disposition of distribution bussiness. But clearly last three quarters' result showed the company did a very good job to synergize SV probe and TCL business and enhanced the GPM from 20-25% to current 35% level. As a result, the 1H 2015 EPS is a total of 0.68 cents compared to 1H 2014' s 0.45 if we exclude the special one time gain.  Ellipsiz was ranked as the 2nd best probe card supplier by VLS research last year. And the probe card market is anticipated to grow > 5-6% from 2013 to 2018. The top one probe card supplier Formfactor provided a strong forward outlook for the upcoming year after a super strong 2014 performance. Going forward, Ellipsiz is likely to grow at a better than industry average pace just like Formfactor. With a strong cash reserve of 5 cents per share, and a high dividend payout of ~30%,  a reasonable PE~ 8, and P/B ~0.66. It' s a fair value even without anything brewing.  Considering stock is forward looking, it is quite reasonable to price it at higher level like UOBKH' s target price based on the future prospect.
