There are about 280 mil rights for Salim to grab from the open market if we assume only Salim and Gateway take up the rights subscription. If they indeed mop up all the rights, then they will be able to increase their stake in Moya to about 75% without having to do a GO. Smart corporate maneovre indeed.

Doesn't mean they sell at 0.095 means it is worth 0.095. Eps is growing but it is not worth 0.095 after dilution especially with their huge 2 bil outstanding shares. Potentially become 3 bil.
Not to forget they are a low margin business. Plus declining rupiah..
When they call for rights mainly to cover debts also don't make investors comfortable with their management
