x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	SGX needs to improve on its STUPID MTP rule. If a cash only company needs to do share consol just to satisfy the MTP rule, it makes SGX look silly. As there is no logic to it.  So if SGX is not going to scrap the MTP rule, it HAS TO modify the rule. Refine it, stupid!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	We have  4 years of bull run 2009-2013 (QEs induced), but  after QE stops, it has been  going downhill slowly.  I personally think there must be a big crash to flush out weak holders, then will have a strong rebound. OR if u start to hear media talking about QE4, then is a signal to buy. Thats why i totally out from stock market since June when I dispose of my Pacific Radiance and then Lian Beng. I expect a crash, I hope I am wrong, but my personal opinion a crash is coming, now infact we are seeing a  mini crash now. So my strategy is buy when STI crash to 2800 or below or when they start to talk about QE4... If this business goes well, Baker will probably build more and they will be a darling with huge cash surplus, high profit margin.. From where the book was marked at end of June of around 1.3474, it has generated more than $3 million paper profit. Perhaps management should sell some along the way to lock in some real profit.

If they return 10-15 cents, then their share price will drop  to 5-10  cents way below 20 cents limit  , then they have to do a consolidation which they may not be willing to... Maybe this 20 cents rule is keeping them from capital reduction?
