x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I don't know why you guys pin so much hope on vard getting a better offer price. Fincantieri bought vard at a premium few years back to break into OSV market and expand their biz. Since then vard had failed to secure satisfactory orders for OSV. All the orders for yacht are flowed to vard via them, without them vard would have collapse to nothingness. Look at all the other small O&G counters, alot are better managed compared to vard and still dropped dead. If u are Fincantieri and had paid so much to buy over vard only for them to not perform, will you pay more for the rest of the business? The worse case is not vard getting delist at 0.24. The worse is Fincantieri decide to remove buy queue and let vard plunge. Then offer a much lower price and see if ur heart can take it... Just my opinion. Don't wack me.

Playing delaying tactics until all small investor give up slowly one by one & throw in the towels. Delay delay and delay by then the already achieve their 90% and don' t event need an EGM to vote later .  They can simply force compulsory acquisition when they obtain 90%.
