If you did catch my post quick enough when the price was FIRST lapping up to 0.105 then back down and hover at 0.091 before a power push to 0.21, I did mention a fall to 0.065. But decided to quick delete to brush off that price as it is powering up, dont want to create a mockery for myself..lol Maybe you can check on 0.065 this time round.

Given the news about global shortage on Masks, PPE and Pandemic equipment, what is Medtecs Current Book Order and Client Profile?   Given that the Board of Directors owe an obligation to Maximise Shareholder Value, what steps are the Board doing to help shareholders realize their value? As shareholders, we impore the Board to be forthcoming with Orderbooks till date, and the capacity of Medtecs across all their factories globally especially Cambodia, PH, Hangzhou etc.   Issuance or profit guidance, order book updates like the Board of AEM would be ideal.   Issue 3: Sales Price, Charity and Shareholder Interests   On the Social Media front, it seems to Shareholders that Medtec is doing a lot of Charity, giving away free masks or pricing masks very lowly in Philippines and Taiwan. Whilst doing charity is both an intrinsic good (we love to do good too) and outer good in terms of goodwill, governmental goodwill on the long term, as shareholders we must ask: Is this done to the extent which Shareholder&rsquo s interest are harmed?   What is the Board&rsquo s approach and division between for Sale products and for Charity? How will this affect shareholder interests.   Issue 4: Xia Junwei Directorship and Breach of Listing Rules   What is the Update on Xia Junwei directorship? In your letter to SGX, you said that you were discussing his directorship at end Feb. What&rsquo s the outcome? Given that the Deputy Chairman breached rules and harmed shareholder&rsquo s interest, what is the Board doing to protect our interest.   Issue 5: Global Mass Order and/or Takeover Offer   As a well-connected shareholder with businesses spanning China and SEA, I would like to enquire with the Board, two things: (a) Is it possible that Medtecs enter into a binding mass order from me or my company? We are looking to buy up to 1 million masks if you can deliver in. 1-2 weeks. We can buy at whatever price you want, and we assure you that at least 20% would be given to charity.   (b) Would the owners especially Yang family CEO owners be open to selling the entire Medtecs?
