Looks like u are rt. Based on the last 5 days, ave is 1.52c, and add 5%, kongsi can buy back at 1.596c or 1.6c, to round up. But of cos, shorties can pump to 1.7c if they want to trap some eager contras.

The buyback is long overdue, and especially at current price of 1.4 cents. The interim CEO at over 10 cents, and at 6.8 cents had claimed the share were then undervalued. The previous CFO, now COO, valued all the swaps so called accretive all the way from over 10 cents to its current 1.4 cents. And recently, at 4.6 cents, the current CEO, said the share price was undervalued. Basically, the company should just keep on buying back shares instead of the dilutive share swaps, producing box offices and dramas that failed to uplift the pl and cash flows. Share bubyback at 1.4 cent is no brainer, wonder why the managment and the Finance experts did not do so earlier and aggressively, since other productions, swappings led to losses. Best, maybe just stick to running the cafe, at least the loss would be contained. Hoepfully dont do share swaps with cafe establsihments. |

Share buy-back price must be within 5% of the average closing price of the past 5 trading days. Hence, the company can definitely buy-back at $0.015 today.

There are rules for share buy back. Yesterday bought at. 014. If not wrong, today can only buy back at not more than 5% higher than yesterday price. So today the sp can only get supported, will not be push higher.

Buy back 10mil sh is always good news But to be effective, kongsi got to buy up into the 15, 16, 17, ...., and not buy down into the 14, 13, ... . What a joke, buying down 2 bids, from 16 to 14!

Same old kimchi from this company. When will it shows profit and positive cash flows from all its supposedly " accretive swaps" ? When will the management who publicly said share price was undervalued when it was trading manifold of its current near zero price, come to the mkt and buy the shares? Or the company buys its own shares, better than swapping? Other than that, the share price will slide downward with all those acquisitions which so far are not contributing.
