x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	What I see at greatest risk for Hyflux is the MENA projects, highly capital intensive in an area with considerably high political instability.  China, by comparison is much more stable.  I' ve always credited the communist regime there for that stability, improvement in social cohesion n alleviating poverty.  But I think Hyflux has scaled down it' s China assets n ops a lot already. DBS Group Holdings was the sole lead manager of the most recent perp offering and also of its preference shares back in 2011. If these preference shares are not redeemed by Apr 25, 2018, their dividend rate will be stepped up to 8% per annum.
