 Alert Admin 		Because of Serial System example --- If Chasen move to Catalist it is ok to you, I have no issue with your opinion.
On same reasoning most of those on mainboard should also moved to Catalist --- base on your reasoning.
Then why does Chasen from pte ltd to catalist to mainboard --- should have stay at catalist right ?

Can' t compare, Serial System has revenues of more than a $1 billion --- Chasen very happy when revenue above $100 million.

If a quotation on same relocation project look like this:

Pte Ltd  ----  $100,000
Catalist   --- $100,000
MainBoard --- $100,000

Who would you choose or get the job ?
In general the Pte Ltd, Catalist have to lower their quotes. Therefore if move to Catalist --- harder to get job so revenue will be lower.
Sure, there are some Pte Ltd doing better than Mainboard.

For info ... Serial System, a much bigger company has opted to move  to catalist
rather than to do a share consolidation.  Many times after a consolidation the
share price drop.
Just my observation ... i could be wrong.

the last 2 years. Year ending Mar 2018, the profit was S$5.5 mil.
Year 2017 the profit was S$2.6 mil.

Based on 2018 profit, the price earning ratio for the company is 4.87 X.

 Alert Admin 		Standard pattern... within one week then no more volume anymore for chasen... then slowly write new 52w Low.... I am holding but I just get used to this pattern after every ?good quarter? result

 Alert Admin 		If you look carefully at the np (net profit) you may notice
that the net profit as a percent of sales has been improving,
from 2.4% in 1st quarter to 6.89% in the 4th quarter.

Given the current trend, the forthcoming 1st quarter June ' 18 report is
likely to be much better than the 1st quarter June ' 17.

Just sharing my observation ... i could be wrong

 Alert Admin 		Especially in the US. Under Donald Trump new policy , a lot of relocation of businesses back to US is being performed right now and certainly more in 2H 18 and 19. Being a relocation specialist , Chasen will take advantage of this opportunity as companies relocate back to US to enjoy better tax rates and incentives offered by The Trump administration. The relocation of companies and operations back to US is expected to be significant and being a relocation specialist in the US , Chasen will have plenty of food on the table . Cross border land freight is also expected to improve between Canada USA and Mexico as a result of Trump?s onshore policy . Cross border land freight is also expected to improve in SEA between Singapore , Malaysia , Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam. It?s 3rd party engineering/manufacturing division is also gaining momentum .

How is that not an improvement in financial performance . When you have a 100+% jump in profit , you are having an improvement in profitability . Being able to reduce operating expenses means you are streamlining your operations thus having positive impact on your financial performance . There?s a 20% rise in revenue and how is this not an improvement ? Most importantly, CEO has provided further insights to Chasen FY19 performance . He expects improved performance from FY18. For shareholders , what is important is the dividend policy is kept and I expect a slightly better dividend to be paid this year . All in , Chasen has a lot more room to run. This will be a multi bagger stock to watch should profits start to hit $5mil and above . The development in US is certainly helping Chasen along .

The increase in Profit before Tax was largely due to reductionn of Other Operating Expenses by almost the same amount {Please also read Para 8 (A) (vi)}. I don' t see any improvement in financial performance except no impairment made in the year of announcement
