On the other hand, theres no evidence at all against YZJ chairman - maybe there is but we dont know. Since we are presuming hes not guilty of it then why are we pricing it into the stock price ? We are talking about Alleged corruption that he has been implicated with. Allegation is not a crime until proven guilty in court. I  think Najib is also alleged, but he did not disappear. A corrupted Chief acting on behalf of the company and for the benefit of the company will have serious implication on the company. I hope for the best for YZJ. It is one of the best S chips, and hope it stil is after the allegation is cleared.  But for now, it is a risky one.

Policy driven, nothing to do with YZJ.  The idea of merger, as I understand, is to improve their efficiency (they see they lag behind private yard such as YZJ on efficiency), and remove the need for price war between them.  YZJ never play in their price war. Was there any photos or evidence other than news headlines saying that ? Does his disappearance distrupt the day to day operations when he is NOT involved at all even before the investigation. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It&rsquo s not entirely due to YZJ chairman assisting the investigation. It is actually due to merging of CSSC and another shipyard. YZJ chairman assisting investigations was only confirmed 5-6 days ago and during which, it only experienced a 1.63% increase. Furthermore even if what i have said earlier does not convince you, CSSC has experienced a drop since July 31 and it has yet to recover from its previous levels, short of 2-3%.
