x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The independent directors have a fiduary duty to shareholders...we need to ask them what they have been doing, are they asking the right questions to the management team? If we have a more proactive board and shareholders, we can get voices heard from various sources...write to SGX, SPH, SIAS.  This will bring in activist funds whom probably can move the needle, especially when there is value within the company.
